A useful quote starts with a complete shipment description.
Minimum shipment weight
Sea freight is available for goods weighing more than 12 kg.
For 12 kg or less, ask about air freight.
Volume and packages
State the number of boxes or pallets, dimensions and weight per piece.
Price does not depend on total weight alone; the proposal uses the full shipment details.
Equipment and large cargo
Share photos, planned packing and handling conditions.
Handling operations and special requirements are agreed before accepting the shipment.
Departure and delivery
State when the cargo will be ready and the receiving address.
Confirm the planned departure with the team, and when the estimated timeframe starts and ends.

Can I ship branded goods, food or cosmetics?
Yes, these are among the categories we transport. Provide the product, photos, format and characteristics so the team can confirm the channel and required documents.
What if my cargo contains a battery or liquid?
Mention it in your first enquiry, even for a small quantity. Explain how it is incorporated or packaged and share the product information available.
Is packing included in freight charges?
Not automatically. Receiving photos, counting, consolidation and packing are additional paid services; ask about their scope and cost.
Can I deliver my goods before receiving a response?
Wait for confirmation of the channel and receiving instructions. If the product, weight, packing or destination changes, tell us so the plan can be updated.
