    BEFORE YOU SHIP

    Frequently asked questions

Can I enquire about parcels and large cargo?

Yes. Prepare the details of your parcels, batches or equipment. Acceptance depends on the product, dimensions, weight, packing and destination. Oversized or special cargo requires individual assessment.

How do I choose between sea and air freight?

Start with your target date. Compare volume, weight and budget. Consider sea freight for volume-based cargo and air freight for tighter schedules. The decision depends on available departures and quotations.

What information do I need for a quote?

Product name, quantity, dimensions and gross weight of each package, origin city, destination city or postal code in Mexico, and target date. For large equipment, add photos, packing type and loading and unloading conditions.

Does the quote include customs, taxes and delivery?

We offer DDP service. The proposal identifies transport, import clearance, taxes and delivery to the agreed destination. Packing and additional services are quoted separately.

How is the delivery timeframe confirmed?

Clarify when the timeframe starts and ends. Confirm the planned departure. Transit time is not the total lead time: customs clearance and final delivery also matter.

Tell us what you need to ship.
